Show Transcript greetings I'm going to show you how to enroll your child in Winter Academy start by navigating to lausd.org Winter Academy in your browser You'll See This Bar of options at the top click on registration here you'll see more details about when enter Academy click on The Orange Box to start the student application select parent and guardian and select parents enter your username which is your email address and your password and click login once you log in you should be directed to this page called winter Academy if you are not directed to this page simply go to the left-hand side scroll all the way down and click on winter Academy application here you will see more details about winter Academy as you scroll down you should see your students you can make a selection for each student you have these following options yes to enroll in Winter Academy yes to enroll in a specialized enrichment Camp which I'll cover in a second or know if they're not attending either 1 for each option you will have to issues if your child is attending whether or not you would like to request transportation please note that transportation is not guaranteed but you will be notified of the decision of Transportation 1 to 3 days before the start of winter Academy if you would like your student to enroll in a specialized enrichment camp you must click here to select the camp this is very important just choosing yes will not enroll your child you must click on this link to select the camp once you click on the link you'll be able to scroll down and choose you can filter by Elementary School jump to middle school or High School depending on the needs of your child make sure as your scrolling through the options that you note the following which grade levels the camp services and the location of the camp as we only have select School sites for these camps once you make your selection click apply select which student and enter your phone number and indicate whether or not you are requesting transportation finally click submit this will enroll your child in the enrichment camp and please note that enrollment for enrichment camps can only be done online there is no paper application if you're enrolling in an enrichment Camp once you hit submit you will see this confirmation that your application was submitted successfully and for which school to navigate back to the winter Academy application click on the link on the left once you've made a selection for each of your children go ahead and click submit you'll see a green bar at the top that indicates that your application was updated successfully if you need to change at any time simply and log in and navigate back to this winter Academy application to make necessary changes
